1. Scope
This policy applies to this website, its five-step quiz and any contact facility subsequently added to the summary page. It does not govern third-party websites that may be linked from this site.
2. Technical and usage data
Hosting systems may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring page and security logs. The quiz uses ordinary page links and does not require an account. The current pages do not use scripts or submit quiz selections.
3. Purposes, consent and lawful bases
Data may be used to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose faults, understand basic site operation, respond to an enquiry and meet applicable legal duties. Depending on context, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before a service engagement, legitimate interests in secure site operation, or a legal obligation. Where consent is used, it may be withdrawn for future processing.
4. Data submitted through a contact form
If a server-provided contact form is added, it may request details such as your name, work contact information, organisation context, playbook objectives and message. Submit only information you are authorised to share. Avoid confidential strategy, personal data about others, government identifiers, financial credentials and sensitive personal information. A submission should not be treated as confirmation that an engagement has been accepted or that a message has reached a particular operator.
5. Cookies and local storage
These static pages do not intentionally set cookies. Hosting or security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technologies. If optional analytics or preference tools are introduced, suitable notice and consent choices should be provided where required.
6. Recipients and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, security, maintenance or communication service providers only as needed for their functions. It may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and systems, or in connection with a legitimate organisational transition. Data is not described here as being sold.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside India. Where a transfer occurs, appropriate contractual, organisational or legal safeguards should be considered in light of the destination, the information and applicable Indian law.
8. Retention
Information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including security, enquiry handling, record keeping and legal requirements. Actual periods can vary by data category and operational context. Data may then be deleted, anonymised or securely archived where required.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used to reduce risks such as unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law and relevant exceptions, you may be able to request information about processing, seek correction or erasure, withdraw consent, raise a grievance, or exercise other available data rights. Requests may require proportionate identity verification. As this policy does not invent contact details, use any contact channel visibly provided with a server-added form.
11. Minors
This site concerns executive and organisational writing and is not directed to children. Minors should not submit personal data through any future contact facility.
12. Policy updates
This policy may be revised when site functions, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version should be reviewed on this page. Material changes should be presented with suitable prominence.
